The profession to which we opt for , accordingly, directly proportionally our stress level may range in accordance to the number of hours we are asked to work ,I f for instance we work as a Teacher , professor, we should create lesson plans each weak and update our work every week by preparing for the individualistic classes for hefty period of time , this itself may toil us especially women after doing all house hold chores we will have to look as a professional first of all.
In order to look like a professional with peppy bright faces, all time active,  upright , trim and with narrow shoulders with healthy metabolism , we will have to work for our looks and skills that are to be showcased by standing from opposite rather than our school and college time period of sitting and listening for hours together which does not demand much from us, rather after a toil and moil  in work space , we can follow certain hacks which I have done in my childhood,

2.we can work on our physique by invigorating oval walks for,  playing each sport each day will make us very much  attractive and brig charisma to our faces, for too much exposition leads to denouement.
3.Travel to distance places in train , yet by doing daily routine rightly in train  , that will make a person trim, active , gives rejuvenation by having exposed to chill cold air.
4.pray lords , God's and goddesses, especially marble etched goddess of North india , will give you with aura in life
5.have a habit of diary keeping, content writing,reading newspaper, magazine,framing newsletter, wearing bindi, wearing saree, not looking at mirrors , not touching fruits and veggies
6. Shun junk food,Shun watching the  AVcontent which has been created after highest of difficulty , those have empty calories that makes you a humpty for sure, whichever wall u sit to gossip about,  you will fall beyond for no one will be able to fix you.
7. Do not think , it will consume your life and will engulf you into a bean
8.Donate your money , invest upon someone else upon earning , that will make you to keep u on track about them upon educational field
9. Do the utmost necessary activity of Default Bhagavad Gita, Bible, Quran reading
10.Do not see flash cards, teach someone else with carnilinear rods, do not see images,Do not see pictures,do not see  movies, 
^ work on your body and looks especially shape of your lower region as subconsciously people tend to get attracted with good bodies which makes to grab attention of the other in offices of yours.
11.do not consume hard digestible substances , things which demands engrossal  of whole lot of time in digestion of the  product and your senses will become dunce, and you will be the fool of the day at the place of your visit
